Lisa brings a unique blend of nursing expertise and leadership to her role as Administrator at the Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon. Beginning her career as a psychiatric and pediatric nurse, she later served as Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing before transitioning into healthcare administration. Known for her adaptability and regulatory knowledge, Lisa has successfully led quality improvement projects and staffing initiatives that strengthen both resident care and staff engagement.
Passionate about building a culture of excellence, Lisa focuses on supporting her team and ensuring residents receive compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys home renovation projects, cooking with food from her garden, and spending time with her family.
Director of Nursing
As Director of Nursing at the Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon, Megan combines over eight years of clinical nursing experience in skilled and long-term care with more than a decade of management experience. Her leadership is characterized by a people-first approach, ensuring that every resident receives compassionate, individualized, and family-like care.
Megan is known for fostering teamwork and creating an environment where staff are encouraged to lead with kindness and respect. She values strong connections with residents and their families, believing that trust and communication are at the heart of quality care. When she’s not at the center, Megan enjoys time with her family and friends, which continues to inspire her work in building a supportive community for those she serves.
